DESIGN TECHNICIAN

DESIGN ENGINEER (MANUFACTURING ENGINEER)

• Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing, process, or product engineering is an advantage
• Exposure to project management and root cause analysis

HR STAFF – EMPLOYEE RELATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree holder of Human Resources, Psychology, and or any business-related courses
• At least 3-5 years of experience in Employee Relations, Employee Engagement and Labor Relations
• Proven experience in managing disciplinary cases, conducting workplace investigations, and resolving conflicts
• Knowledgeable in grievance handling procedures
• Experience in organizing or supporting employee engagement initiatives is an advantage
• Background in handling performance evaluation processes is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other related software applications
• Adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
